It is more murder by a technicality. I have my doubts that the policeman intentionally killed him which is the way we generally distinguish murder from man slaughter. He undoubtedly knew that there would be cameras which would record his every action. Intentionally murdering him would be stupid. This was gross negligence. Minnesota is one of the few states that has a third degree murder in its statutes. Any violent action which ends in unintentional death can be classed as third degree murder. I am sure that is not the exact wording of the statute, but that is close enough.

The video never came showed, but I have probably seen it most of it. No where does it show intent. Stupidity and gross negligence, but no intent.
