I once went to a singles group and when I walked in there was one woman who was rather loud saying how she saw abortion as just a women's choice and it is her own body and the men have nothing to do with it, so some time later that same woman was attracted to me and since I knew that she would murder any baby then I became very afraid of her because if she will murder a baby then surely she would kill me too if she ever wanted to, and I never told her why I would not date her and I still see her around town and we both remain single.

I believe this is true with all men or surely with most men that when the women is pro-abortion then that troubles every sensible man and it is surely a BIG reason why there are so many single men and women, and I suspect it might even be a big motivator for some people to become homosexual because there is no way to sleep comfortable when the person laying next is a baby murderer.

If she will kill her baby (or kill our baby) then surely she would kill me too.

And truly the lie that it is not a baby just makes the person as being MORE reprehensible, because they expect us to believe their lie as if we are to see that lie as making them not guilty.

There is no "get women" group, and you are just being emotionally dramatic with your own paranoia.

You were told on the first page of this thread = Pro-Lifers.

You were slapped down on the first page :) And never answered the questions...you thought they were "options" ! :)

    1. What measures would have to be enforced by the state in order to ensure that as many elective abortions were prosecuted as possible?

    2. By what means would the state be able to discover if a woman was pregnant?

    3. Would a pregnant woman be banned from travelling to a foreign country where elective abortion was still legal?

    4. Would states with the death penalty be allowed to use that in the conviction of a woman who "wilfully and premeditated with malice aforethought" obtained an illegal elective abortion?

    5. How would the state distinguish between and gather evidence of, a natural abortion (miscarriage) and an elective abortion?

These are non-relevant questions . All you have to do is look at pre-1973 when the citizens of individual states decided at what point human life was valued enough to protect. People who believed that killing a fetus was killing a baby didn't take this to the supreme court to make federal laws that encompass the entire 50 states---which would create a huge mess. No...it was the pro-abortion activists who did that.

Pro-Life activists want to adhere to the constitution and put this matter with individual states. And you don't have to scare people with outlandish questions...we already of have a history to look at when some states outlawed it and some didn't. So your questions are already answered by history.

Please explain how these questions aren't relevant?

WHERE in history have these questions been answered? What states outlawed it?

Maybe you can tell me how a suspected abortion would be reported? How would an abortion BE suspected?

Just saying, "oh, the states will handle it" doesn't answer any questions.

There are no federal laws for abortion. Roe v. Wade ruled it is unconstitutional for government to interfere with a private medical decision. Abortion was not outlawed because citizens valued prenatal life, it was mostly because doctors wanted to eliminate midwife competition.

The constitution doesn't say abortion is a states' rights matter. Most state legislators are not medical doctors, and are not qualified to make medical and reproductive decisions for all women. It is an individual rights matter, between a woman and her doctor.

    1. What measures would have to be enforced by the state in order to ensure that as many elective abortions were prosecuted as possible?--I don't even understand this question. I suppose if there is evidence it will be investigated. If there is no evidence it won't. What did states pre-1973 do in the past? If they are relelvant question to YOU then do a little research and see what history showed.

    2. By what means would the state be able to discover if a woman was pregnant? States wouldn't endeavor to find out who is pregnant and who isn't. They didn't do that pre-1973 either.

    3. Would a pregnant woman be banned from travelling to a foreign country where elective abortion was still legal? Geeze.....never happened in the past, would be unconstitutional and I can't believe this question is brought up. Why would you assume so???

    4. Would states with the death penalty be allowed to use that in the conviction of a woman who "wilfully and premeditated with malice aforethought" obtained an illegal elective abortion? Looking pre-1973 when the death penalty was king----were women ever put to death for an abortion?? No. Not even since the beginning of our country.. NEVER has a woman been put to death for an abortion. Please get real.

    5. How would the state distinguish between and gather evidence of, a natural abortion (miscarriage) and an elective abortion? Like anything else---evidence has to be there. How does a state distinguish between an accidental shooting and a homicide. A sid death or a suffication. Why do you assume an anti-abortion law is going to be held at some different standard? Did states that banned abortion pre-1973 have a lot angst trying to figure out the difference between natural miscarrage and abortion? History doesn't show that..

WHAT is the "evidence"? In accidental shootings, murders, there is usually a body or a PERSON is missing. In a suspected abortion, where is the "body".

HOW does one "suspect" there was an abortion?

You don't think the difference between abortion and a natural miscarriage(spontaneous abortion) is relevant?

Just investigate every woman who is reported to miscarry ?????

YES, if abortion is declared murder and the state has the death penalty why wouldn't the woman be put to death????

If the state doesn't keep track of all women and if they are pregnant or not how WOULD they know if she got an abortion? Women would have to report every few weeks to the "Freaks Who Want To Examine Women Squad"" to make sure they aren't pregnant or have stayed pregnant....a real police state...

WHERE in history have these questions been answered? What states outlawed it?

Maybe you can tell me how a suspected abortion would be reported? How would an abortion BE suspected?

Just saying, "oh, the states will handle it" doesn't answer any questions.

Are you not aware that pre-1973 quite a few states protected the unborn?

This article might be helpful in seeing what history shows regarding abortion prosecution and is a pretty good guide of how a state who outlaws abortion will handle it. http://www.aul.org/2010/04/why-the-states-did-not-prosecute-women-for-abortion-before-roe-v-wade/

    YOU can't address the questions??

LOL! Your PRO-LIFE site hardly is unbiased and has so many errors and lies in the first few paragraphs it's laughable:

""For 30 years, abortion advocates have claimed—without any evidence and contrary to the well-documented practice of ALL 50 states—that women were jailed before Roe and would be jailed if Roe falls (or if state abortion prohibitions are reinstated).""

Nope, not true........as is the rest of the garbage and lies of your pro-life propaganda website....

I did, even though your questions are outlandish. . I'm trying to educate you using actual evidence derived from 200 years to fairly recent history of when abortion WAS illegal. We live in reality...and you want to avoid it because it doesn't suit your agenda.

I suspect that a lot of women would find it funny that they are being judged as a baby murderer when they cheer on the abortions.

You might laugh but no one is laughing at you, because a baby murderer is about as ugly as any person can be.

I see that you gave her a really detailed answer to every question.

Of course also she got the answers on the opening page of this thread.

She just does not want the answers.

Who is "we" ? Because your "we" doesn't have a clue about reality.......reality is that abortion has always been, and always will be...and taking away women's rights to their own body won't change that. Abortion isn't murder .

IF abortion was murder "we" would have to confine, test, and examine LIKE CATTLE , women because even YOU cannot tell how women would be "suspected" of abortion or how it would be prosecuted with no "body", no "person missing"....

and then there's the wiggle "oh, we don't want women to get the death penalty for murder" crap....which views women as helpless little victims which TRIES to show that Anti-Choicers don't REALLY hate women.

But IF abortion is declared murder , unless the woman was forced, SHE would be the murderer, she asked for it, she USED the doctor to perform the "murder"...and in states with the death penalty should not be treated any differently than any other murderer......

That is not really what I said - but I will clarify it for those who can not understand.

Because women cheer on that murdering of babies by abortions then it is a smear against all women that you will murder babies, and the men see that as barbaric, and it means that you would murder our own baby, so it taints all women in that same way.

Of course I do know that there are many women who reject the abortions but those with the big-mouths are the ones painting the gender.

Well we are now fully aware of how YOU would handle things if your state banned abortion. Luckily....it will be other people in power.

So how would "other people" handle it....those who think there are never enough laws controlling women?

That's not how I would handle it. That's how it would HAVE to be handled if abortion is deemed murder.

    Your wriggling is obvious. :)

Do you believe abortion is murder or don't you?

    Yes or no?

You're ignoring this: states originally made abortion illegal at the behest of the doctors who wanted to eliminate competition. Women were not demonized as murderers at that time. Tiny one-celled fertilized eggs were not considered "people," by those who want to control women for their own agenda.

Yes. I do believe that. Just like I believe it is murder when our laws are broken today---and a 26 week gestation baby is aborted by an abortionist when it is illegal in that state. Yes....we do ban abortions even today and what happens??? The Abortionist is held accountable.

But how do you think we should handle this today?? Should we have locked those women up or levied the death penalty?? Do you think we should do that? These are your thoughts not mine, so I'm just wondering.

How many times does it take for you to comprehend that I do NOT believe abortion is murder, YOU DO.

I do believe in obeying the law But you, in your squirming, seem to change from ," it's murder" to "well not quite murder".......

Blaming it soley on the person who performs the abortion is wrong. As I posted , but you couldn't comprehend , the woman USES the person who performs the abortion as a tool to commit this "murder".

If a person shoots someone is the gun prosecuted???

No, you just want this to "not really be about punishing women with imprisonment and possibly death"""..... BUT IT IS !
