I am talking about human tragedy that is death by violent means and criminal acts. If you want to discuss local issues fine but you cannot ignore the bigger picture, that's all Im saying. Im just profiling europeans and exposing how they are responsible for the most violent deaths over the last century. Let's not even go near 1500-1800, the picture would be even bleaker.

I agree, KSig but statistics show that young, black males are more likely to commit crimes than other groups.

That does not mean all young, black males should be profiled. It does, however, mean that a group of young, black males, or young, white males for that matter, dressed in pants hanging so low their boxer shorts are showing, wearing caps sideways, walking with a swagger should be profiled.

Do you have any statistics to back up the above statement? When I think of violence, I think of Pol Pot, Idi Amin, the northern Sudanese militias, Sendero Luminosa, Somali warlords. I don't think of the Angela Merkel, Nicholas Zarkozy, etc.

What a silly post, JONAH. You are just proving the statement that statistics can say anything you want them to.

What was the population of all the countries involved in the two WORLD WARS in comparisan to the population of The Congo?

You have been conditioned to exonerate europeans from criminal activities and blame. When I think of violence I think of Churchill, Hitler, Blair, Bush, Milosovic and Sarkozy to name but a few.

70 million deaths committed by europeans and you want to compare it to the Congo. Who do you think makes all the weapons also? Death is the white mans game, it is their number one export.

Patrick only understands how to point his finger, his own reflection still haunts him.

Because of my good looks, looking in the mirror is no problem for me. I think these ppl who want to point the finger are perhaps ugly, both on the inside and out. This is a valid explanation as to why these ppl are racists, because they are rejcted in their own culture.

It means that if they're neighbors (and there are unexplained murders) Barack Obama would deserve additional scrutiny, while Jeffrey Dahmer does not.

I believe that's called "reasonable suspicion", or if a decription has been given... "offender profiling".

I say probable cause is the decider, without probable cause, people don't harass someone

How about innocent people end up being killed because of racial profiling. Isn't that a good enough reason to object to it?

The case of Zimmerman and Martin appears to proves this fact once again. Zimmerman racially profiled Martin in assuming that all black teenagers are likely to be criminals. Zimmerman's 911 call history provides circumstanial evidence that he racially profiled blacks and all of his existing calls (only 9 remain as they are erased after six months) only addressed black men or kids in the neighborhood. We can reasonably believe that Zimmerman thought blacks represented a criminal threat to the community. The end result is that Treyvon Martin, an innocent black teenage, is dead.

I'm actually commenting based upon the fact that racial profiling does lead to bias in law enforcement. "Driving while black" has been documented to be reason for law enforcement stops of blacks without any probable cause to actually justify the stop.

This also apparently lead to the death of a black teenager based upon the events in the Zimmerman/Martin case which has 911 call documentation that Zimmerman was apparently only concerned with blacks entering the neighborhood. Of nine 911 calls where the recordings still exist he only called in about blacks being in the neighborhood. Not one call on an unknown white in the neighborhood. Were there no unknown whites entering the neighborhood over the last six month?

Why did Zimmerman leave his vehicle to follow Martin when neighborhood watch members are specifically not supposed to do anything other than report and record individuals that they are unfamiliar with? Zimmerman hadn't seen Martin do anything wrong and there was no justification for any belief that he was in the neighborhood for criminal purposes.

I don't know if Zimmerman was a racist per se but it is quite obvious based upon the facts that he engaged in racial profiling which lead to the death of an innocent black teenager. It is a tragic event that is solely related to racial profiling based upon stereotypes that racists are promoting in America.
