I don't know what policy you are proposing.

I don't know what you mean by "losing points". However, it is pretty clear that there are minorities that are not receiving representation in proportion to their population. We fought a revolution over representation, so this isn't a small issue. It might be important that representation be improved. In fact, the Supreme Court has noted from time to time that representation has been engineered as a partisan policy.

That direction of engineering who gets represented is not compatible with democracy.

Every black American citizen has the same right to vote that every other American citizen has.

Exactly. It's also exactly why rules preventing blacks and other minorities from voting need to be abolished. They have been repeatedly exposed in this thread.

What practices are preventing blacks and other minorities from voting. Please be specific and provide evidence.

    Sure.

But, gerrymandering isn't based on whether people have a right to vote.

And, election laws and practices are being implemented to make it differentially harder to vote - on the grounds that it doesn't actually deny a right.

Racism against whites can't exist, since whites are the creators of racism.

    It only stands to reason.

Whites dominate all across the board. And, that action clearly involves racism. We see that racism in our leadership. We see it in the corporate world. We see it in education. We see it in the police forces. We see it in our systems of political representation. It's everywhere.

You have to accept that this will be resisted. And, you can not call that resistance racism. You can criticize the means of resistance concerning its effectiveness, or whatever. But, you can't just call it racism.

    Wrong

It does exist and they did not create it
