When you read up on these (and this is just a few of the lawsuits right now) make sure you note that these racist policies were pushed by the current presidential administration.

 

Minnesota and Utah? Why are you claiming these state policies are a federal matter? Are you claiming that all 50 states were ever required to follow them?

How long were these guidelines in place in Utah and Minnesota before they were modified by these states?

 

You don’t know much about this issue do you. They are basing their point system off of the same CDC guidance you posted earlier. They are basing it off of race because of them not because of the state of Utah or Minnesota. It’s not just those states either, it’s other states and hospital chains that spread across multiple states that are also being sued. They all based their policies off of the CDC guidelines

 

A rich black person who would be given preference in COVID treatments because he is black.

Can you present the actual text of the policy you are claiming benefits those of color?

It will be a very difficult lawsuit to establish standing given the multiple factors in the analysis. The work in the Legislature might prove more fruitful.
