Having never met the guy or held an exchange of opinions then I cannot say that he is or is not a racist . .however based on his reported comments I would say that he has used research to proclaim an opinion that certainly appears to have a underlying racist agenda. This does not mean he is a racist, a mere belief in racialism doesn't necessarily make you a racist.
