Red states are the poverty states

Since the welfare loving right-wing socialists are not appreciative of blue state help, I say cut them off.

 

You don't know the history of the South? We have a very large minority group down here that nationally has the largest unemployment rate and the highest poverty rates. When you have a disproportionately larger share of that group then you are going to be at the bottom of any comparisons of unemployment and poverty.

I already told you we have a disproportionate share of the most underachieving group which then ramps up our overall number. Go read the history of the South as to why there are so many here. I guess they like living here. It's pretty simple math.

Liberal/Democrat governments rather viciously drive off the poor literally by starving them out forcing them to move by making food and housing so expensive they have to move.
What makes the premise of the OP so greatly false is when you compare income to actual cost of living. It does not take as much money to live in the South nor does the government take as much of your money. This is particularly true when it comes to housing costs. People in the North also pay higher utility bills. The climate also is friendlier to the homeless and poor than in the North and working people continue to move South because this is where the jobs are. Fixed income seniors also tend to move from the North to the South.

Conservatism and reality are always in constant conflict. The red states are the anti-worker and anti-consumer states. The red states promotes low wages, so why do
the con artists pretend to be shocked to discover more poverty exists in those states?
