Redding can't be a real California city, probably doesn't even have piles of human feces on the sidewalks.

Putting up non scalable 8’ metal fencing on both sides of the railroad tracks approach into downtown helps with that along with I-5 running east of the core downtown areas has helped. As has targeting for redevelopment and gentrification areas where homeless used to hang out. Most of our homeless who won’t seek mission or government help or move on live in tent encampments in wooded areas just beyond the city limits and police community services clean up crews. We have one room wood housed one and two person mini structures with one or two beds, a desk, dresser an outlet, and light/ceiling fan, door and window. Staffed Bathroom, shower, kitchen facilities are on site and communal. Our first such set up will be finished soon.

This will attract the liberals here in droves!
“Redding Rodeo officially kicks off Wednesday as the nation's best bull riders and barrel racers will be competing at 7 p.m. at the rodeo grounds.

The top 40 bull riders in the nation are coming to ride for one night only.

Bennette Gooch, the President of the Redding Rodeo Association, says he's predicting there will be 24,000 fans coming out for the rest of the rodeo weekend.

Raveena Upadhyaya is one of those rodeo fans who can't wait for the festivities.

"I'm so excited about it; I love that it brings Redding and the community together, and I'm excited to go line dancing at the rodeo," Upadhyaya said.

Gooch tells Action News Now the financial impact of the Redding Rodeo is about $8 million to the city.”

If you want to keep them out, build a giant gold-plated statue of Trump that can be seen from any part of the city.

Having the city pass an ordinance banning little dogs might also help.

Hang Pro-Life messages on all the big buildings downtown, with pictures of fetuses.

    Of
course I do. That’s why the things we celebrate most here are so alien to them. Old fashioned car parades, line dancing, chili cook offs, country music dominance, Six gun shooting contests, rodeo and Christmas parades, cowboys, much of the town showing up for pancake breakfasts, the 4th of July, being recognized as a Christmas season destination, and so much more. That and being so openly pro Trump and defying of state covid 19 mandates. Our name is dirt in the big coastal city and Sacramento media and we intend to keep it that way. I do want to keep them away and make the lives of those who come as miserable as possible with our pro rural attitude. I think we can grow enough for maximum economic gain locally while not fast enough for any takeover to gain traction like what’s happening in Roseville and the inland empire now.

…The Redding Rodeo not only brings cowboys and cowgirls from all over but Montiel said it also brings millions of dollars right back into our local economy.

“We do anywhere from $8-10 million worth of economic impact in Redding for these four days,” Montiel said. “So that’s a large chunk of money. We bring a lot of tourism to the hotels and stuff like that from the people visiting from out of town.”
All of the Redding Association Members are volunteers so Montiel said they say it makes it all worth it to see the crowd come together to watch the rodeo.

“For us to put our blood sweat and tears into something we enjoy and have a passion for and then come around and open the gates and see people fill the stands it makes us excited,” Montiel said. “Our biggest thing is we want you to leave here at the end of the night wanting more.”…

A great week for the city at the heart of rural California. From the line dancing to the revolver shooting contest to the chili cook off to the steak dinner, the day for special needs children, the pancake breakfast, the parade, and the four nights of rodeo, it brought the city together, brought in thousands of tourists and millions to the local economy.

It is indeed and the growth and opportunities are still on going here. We have a new vibrant downtown and a haven within California for conservatives and libertarians, far enough from the states centers of progressives power and control.
