This is not some crazy new revelation and this has had to have occurred to anyone their right mind as we all know Trump is the pinnacle of self-serving. If this is proven true, another check mark in the Donald Trump criminality column.

Refusing test kits from foreigners is a good strategy. It's the government's job to protect us, not to outsource it to dubious organizations that do not have America's interests in mind...

 

I think that is one of several reasons. Aggressive testing only works to prevent the disease from entering the USA. Once the tests failed, and the disease had gotten through, there wasn't really anything that could stop it.
