The most consequential thing about the Repub's investigation in to the Biden's so far is not the evidence it has revealed. Rather, it is despite a lack of evidence they have succeeded in creating the illusion of wrong doing simply by endlessly repeating unsubstantiated allegations.

 

You FAILED to cite those "bribery statutes"!

The "evidence" that you are ALLEGING exists does NOT pass the Chain of Custody test in order for it to be ADMITTED in a court of law.

ANYONE with access to that "HB laptop" could have AMENDED those texts THEREFORE you have ZERO evidence of any "bribery".

It's funny because we have been through this many times.

1. Most of the data has been independently verified through crypto signatures.

2. Messages can be found on all included accounts, whether text or email.

3. People who were included in the damning messages have verified them.

4. They are already moving forward with prosecution.

5. There is a ton of evidence of wrongdoing not related to the laptop.

6. There is more than enough evidence to justify moving forward with an inquiry to investigate what was done.

Your defenses are based on wishful thinking and are not grounded in reality.
