I'd have to see who Sanders and/or Biden pick for VP. Neither old man is gonna live long enough to do much due to health problems.

Prob Pete... as long as he doesn't paint the WH pink.

If you like Upper-Midwest, liberal Democrats, then 'Zany Amy' would be your pick in this crop of Leftist nominees!

The Upper-Midwest seems to grow lots of this kind of contagion....

[IMG] . The Upper-Midwest's hyperliberal 'finest', from Minne-eeeh-polis, and, Wisconsin....

I think because Yang and Tulsi are the only 2 candidates that haven't completely embraced identity politics as their core policies.

Biden has his own issues but really Biden and Bernie are both too old excluding their policies.

I would say Trump is too old to run if it was his first run but as it's his second it's a non issue.

Should be a cap at 70 to run for president for the first time.

What do you mean "too old excluding their policies?"

I don't know if we agree on anything else, but we do agree on this! I've been 'beating this drum' for quite a while now -- ALL Federal employees, no matter what branch, department, or section should be FORCED to retire at age 70 -- period. I say that even though I'm a retired 'senior citizen' myself, close enough to 70 to understand that this is a time in a person's life when judgement and some mental processes are not as sharp and comprehending as they should be -- especially to be a president, a legislator, a senator, or, A SUPREME COURT JUSTICE! :cynic: (How about it, Ruthie...?!)

What is about you Dem's and your votes for touchy feely people? I'll vote for them because there nice people. They are for a woman's right to choose to be a selfish person , as 60 million unborn children, since Roe vs Wade have never had that chance. They are for uniting the country. That is why they pander to blacks and Hispanics at election time and leave them alone in between elections. They have done such a good job of uniting that after 155 years the black community is still fighting for better housing, safer neighborhoods, criminal justice, better and safer schools, job equality, racial equality or at least acceptance, equal opportunity, etc. The demographics are changing so now it is the Hispanic vote they are chasing. Yet what are they promising them? Open borders and citizenship with the same rights as existing citizens. In fact, some states, have given them more rights than their own citizens. We like some candidates because they are compassionate. They let some people who are having a rough time in life set up their homes on our streets and use the streets as their bathrooms. They even allow the rats to mingle with them as pets or a source of food. So much compassion. I guess some of the inclusiveness hasn't worked out as they thought. The Asians are being kicked to the curb because they are too smart and receiving to many college slots over blacks and browns. Of course the Dems have just about eliminated the old white male from their ranks and any white woman that would vote Republican. The LBGT community is being used as of right now to obtain power even though most of my black and brown friends can't stand any of them. You see here it is 155 years later and we are still writing about the same things. We were suppose to be the great melting pot where are were excepted. Ask any Muslim or Jewish if they feel they are accepted? Is there any minority group that feels like they have been accepted?

This is such a thoroughly horrible situation.

And the more I look at a dismal, corrupt, senile failure like Biden (along with whichever chunk of dung he's likely to choose for a VP), the more I realize that it would have been the best-of-all-possible-worlds for Democrats if they could have had Andrew Yang running as president, and Tulsi Gabbard as his running mate. That isn't going to happen, but, as a right-winger, I'd at least have been willing to consider a Democrat ticket consisting of Yang/Gabbard carefully.

But, as it is, a Demo ticket of Biden and 'Chunk-of-dung'...? NO chance at all.

And even worse? Supposedly right now the Demo power-brokers are moving heaven and earth trying to get Michelle Obama to run with Idiot Biden....

Ha.... And we thought things couldn't get even more hopeless for the United States...?! :roflol:

Gee.. thanx Rob.. a choice anaglous to whether I'd rather lose an eye.. or a foot!

As democrats go.. I kinda like the local constable, but that's because I know he's actually a Republican that runs as a democrat to get elected here locally (only one Republican ever elected in this county since it becme part of the state.. and this county used to run from El Paso to just outside San Antonio!.. the people here vote for free stuff I guess)

If Tulsi Gabbard became a constitutionalist, I'd marry her and dare anyone to not to vote for her.

Kennedys reputation was preserved by the untimely death, otherwise he would have made Clinton look like a saint

We aren't looking for saints or devils. We are looking for competence. Kennedy's handling of the Cuban missile crisis made him a competent president.

That might be what killed him, but I'd be diving into conspiracy then.

    Anyway,

Pete. Tulsi, mike, Amy. If give them due consideration. Joe, bernie, liz, absolutely not.

If it's joe, I have no choice and I wont go third party this time like I did before.

I've heard that conspiracy claim. Since government failed to tell us all why he was murdered then conspiracy will be rampant.

Yea, but no need. Suffice it to say that IMO his legacy was protected by his death otherwise hes not glorified as some wonderful person. Hes lucky to not served through todays social media, hed be exposed.

But. What do I know...I'm just some random guy with a gin hangover and a sore hip because I think my 3rd martini motivated me to do some jump roping about midnight, I'm limping like I've been shot.

Does our choice have to be one of the 2020 candidates? If so, Tulsi Gabbard. If not, some moderate that's purportedly pro-gun and pro-life, who I'm certain the Dems would never actually nominate. If my choice doesn't have to be alive currently, then any one of them that's dead, preferably with a Republican VP.

Not JFK. He expanded the war in Vietnam to win an election. I know he is romanticized but he was not a great president. He oversaw some good things. But also some disastrous ones as well.
