I'm curious: Since you concede that he was an MSNBC employee, told by his MSNBC boss, to follow the jury van, what reason do you think he was doing it for? Like, in your mind, what's the rationale there? Or did you not get that far into the thought process?

It reminds me of the family guy episode where they vacation in germany and the tour guide keeps skipping 1930's - 1946 and when Brian asks him about where they were he says "We were all on vacation from 1930-1946" and when Briany mentions Poland he gets all upset and says "WE WERE INVITED!!! PUNCH WAS SERVED." And starts ranting in german.

And neither are forced to do what they do. The entire premise is that they wanted juror info. Do you deny that? You’ve been pretty rational in this thread, so I believe you’ll agree the freelance guy was going for the gold.

Well the judge certainly banned MSNBC and that's a fact.

Did not the judge State his reason for banning them?

Unless I read it incorrectly he did State his reason therefore it is a fact not supposition or allegations or speculation or anything else but a fact

"I have instructed that no one from MSNBC News will be permitted in this building for the duration of this trial," Schroeder said. "This is a very serious matter. I don’t know what the ultimate truth of it is … but someone following a jury bus is an extremely serious matter, and will be referred to the proper authorities for further action."

A judge is supposed to err on the side of the defendants rights.

If you have been following my posts on this issue, you'd know that I am not against his action but I don't want to jump to conclusions when we have yet to get the facts. It appears the judge doesn't even have them as yet.
