If it's so crazy...then why are there foreign policy experts that agree with it?

I bet Paul knows more about the history of our nation as well as globally more than any of the other candidates that ran this year...

Republicans can change their rules anytime they want. They don't want Paul involved because they don't like him.

Just because you have an "r" next to your name doesn't guarantee support.

War and massive debt is a really sane policy....... Well, I guess it needs to be done if you're one of those neocons that believe that we were attacked because they "hate our freedoms"............what a joke.

And it sure doesn't mean you want smaller government if you have that R too. Have you heard the looney things a lot of politicians say? Both Democrat and Republicans. Palin over Ron Paul?!?!?!

Never have been a fan of party conventions, too much bull (*)(*)(*)(*) fluff and little substance.

RPA1 just got taken to school and had his arse handed to him on a platter.:-D:mrgreen::thumbsup:

I am actually going to pull for Obama to win now since one of those two clowns has to be the next president and one of the posters that i cant stand that liked that post wants Romney to win so badly.I want to see Obama get reelected because of those two reasons now.

It's not a good time in our country to be a Republican. Simple as that. It showed at the RNC big time imo. They know they're screwed. As long as we are still recovering from the financial disaster of 2008, it's gonna be that way. The RNC was a big anti-Obama rally with shockingly little in the area of good ideas. They're done.

It's not a good time to vote God OUT and screw over Israel either as in their Platform..

I'd love to see the independent platform voting..
See them legalize pot.. prostitution ( great career for our daughters..) abortions.. ( take care of the daughters )

Surrender our military bases overseas with NOTHING gained or asked for.I'd LOVE to hear THAT DEBATE LIVE.

The libertarians ask for support without AMERICA knowing what they truly want or stand for..
Unemployment insurance..student loans..health care delivery.. welfare..
FORCE THEM TO have a convention before they get your vote.

    KNOW THE FACTS.

You lost me that quick. Shame. You may very well have brought up good points after this, but I did not read it. I'm here to talk politics not religion. That's why I chose "politicalforum.com"

Ron Paul is a nice guy, and he has some good ideas. I like him, personally.

Unfortunately he is not a popular or suitable candidate for President.

    a. He's sort of goofy-looking, and he talks like your crazy uncle. Sad to say, but that's how politics go sometimes. It's a popularity contest, and the ugly girl never gets asked to dance.
Ask H. Ross Perot, he'll tell you.

    b. Some of Mr Paul's proposed policies are simply not palatable to the majority of American voters. Or to our allies.

    c. His own son doesn't support his nomination. That speaks volumes to me.

    That's about it.
A few thousand Americans, mostly college-aged males, will go to the polls this November and throw their vote away on him.
Good for them, it will make them feel better about themselves, and it will give them bragging rights, no matter which guy wins, Romney or Obama.
"Hey, don't blame me, I didn't vote for that guy. I voted for Ron Paul."

The economy will never recover with either of these two clowns in office.Bush started the recession and Obama has expanded it. I fear what will happen to america with either one of these clowns as the new president but since we have no choice but to have one of these clowns be the new president,i am pulling for Obama to get reelected.

That doesnt mean i am going to vote for him.I have said this a million times and I stick by it that I wouldnt vote for either one of these clowns if someone held a gun to my head.I would let them pull the trigger before I would vote for either of them. However I am going to be pulling for Obama since Romneys camp has committed vote fraud and the way the RNC treated Pauls delegates and rigged it for Romney to win.Go Obama.

Rons son doesnt support him because he is a sellout to the american people. He has been corrupted by power. He has encouraged the united states to give aide to Israel which Paul is against so that tells you everything there is about sellout Rand Paul.

People like Paul and Perot dont get elected because we dont elect these people.they are SELECTED for us by the establishment.Paul and Perot are not members of that evil organization the CFR so they make sure they dont get elected.

Also third party candidates never get elected, thats the only reason Paul ran on the republican ticket is because of that.Unlike Romney and Obama he has acknowledge both parties are corrupt.
