These oh so advanced rednecks think Europe to be mono-racial. That leads to the question: are there peoples in the world who are similar backward like the typical US American? Honest question, I mean, I would suppose if you ask an average Afghan, he most propably know at least Russians and British or maybe he saw Italians or Dutch.

What Ron Paul is saying is that the government has an obligation to treat every citizen equally under the law.

That means Jim Crow laws were unconstitutional.

But a woman with a privately-owned swimming pool or private business has a right to associate with whoever she pleases.

Libs are the biggest racists and segregationists in the county since they support special treatment FOR blacks which is just as wrong as special treatment against blacks.

Again, what I am saying is that government does not have the right to treat its citizens differently based on their sex or the color of their skin but individuals do have that right.

Read the OP...she does not own that pool. She can "associate with whoever she pleases" on her own (*)(*)(*)(*) property. Let her buy her own pool, and she can exclude whoever she wants. She is a landlord, not an owner. Even if she was an owner, these people are paying her (rent)...she accepted the money, she needs to deliver the service.
