Rush Limbaugh Apologizes to Ms. Fluke

You must be a lawyer huh? Do you think Ms. Fluke will win a suit against Limbaugh? What will the legal theory be? This should be good.

 

She would have to prove damages...and I have a feeling she's going to make a great deal of money from all this, as any good capitalist should

Unfortunately for her, she would have a huge legal hurdle being the public figure she has made herself.

 

That sucks...I know it would be hard for them to find anyone who actualy think less of this woman because of what Rush Limbaugh said.

Rush has been smote pretty badly, and if it keeps going the way it's going, he's going to wish he coudl sue someone.

Even Bill Maher stuck up for Rush yesterday, he said that Rush apologized, and that's enough, and he hates the intimidation from advertisers who left him

 

She will win, Limbaugh's apology is already an admission of guild to defamation, slander, and libel plus she'll have the support of a strong liberal lawayer and NGO's who see this as an opportunity to get back and shut Limbaugh down and the next target will be O'Reily.

Rush Apologizes for using two (2) Words ... he's still talking about to Ms. Fluke. He never Apologized for whet he did to her.

 

Not only that, but the GOP isn't going to spend money on spoiled vegetables.

Time to sacrifice Limbaugh; he's a liability, waaayyyy past his expiration date, has no income, has a federal case against him AND cannot expect the GOP to pay for a constitional lawyer to defend him.

It's just tossing good money after bad. LOL

I wouldn't be surprised if there's a line outside his office with people on all fours begging him to take their money.

 

What he should have said is that he imagined her narrating her text, book-on-tape style, with a big, hairy set of balls in her mouth. Or, that he would like to hate (*)(*)(*)(*) her. It might have gotten him into Rolling Stone or on NPR......

It seems to me that Gwen is a kid posting on her Dad's PC , so I won't whack a kid .

 

What would her damages be? Notoriety? Talk shows? If she could sue, Rush could sue 200 times over.

I think the problem is that Rush is probably impotent, and just overcompensating. Why else would he hate other people having sex?

 

This thing isn't over. Now peope are paying close attention to what Rush says.

I started a series of threads titled "Lies Rush Limbaugh told today", on this forum. It was last summer. What I would do, is listen to Rush, and take notes regarding anything that sounded suspect, then I would research it, and post the things he said that I could prove were untrue.

The reaction from Rush fans began as attacks on me for taking the time to do it.

Many Rush haters couldn't believe some of the stuff Rush would say.

Then some Rush fans tried to challenge my well cited rebuttals, and eventually gave up, and resumed attacking me personally

I felt like I had invaded some sacrosanct smoke filled gentleman's club, and it dawned on me that Rush spews out inappropriate stuff so fast, that nobody has the time to call him out. He goes on 3 hours a day, and it takes more than 24 hours to research his lies.

Well I think karma has caught up with him, and the people he didn't want listening to him...the general public...have begun treating him like Sarah Palin, just waiting for his next usable commment.

This may have more effect on Rush than he or righties care to acknowlege.

 

Well duh. The left has been trying to take him down for some time but has failed miserably. He makes one mistake and you guys pizz your pants.

You need a life and karma has nothing to do with saying something stupid during a 3 hour show, but the libs think they have caught up with him.

Seriously doubt it.

In the mean time, do something constructive with your life. You just prove that libs think way too much about Limbaugh and that they do not think people can think for themselves. Conservatives, on the other hand, trust people to think for themselves. Since libs cannot fathom that, they will never understand.
