I think it is not correct to use the conversion rate of 60. Of course, when the exchange rate rouble/dollar is low the prices for such things will be high. It does not mean that if one rouble equals one dollar, the computer will cost like Ferrari. Since they get paid in roubles in Russia this price comparison is not quite correct. I don't think there will be major disruptions in IT sector. The Chinese will fill the void. Smartphones, laptops etc....Some of their smart phones are cheaper and better quality than the European ones. Also the Chinese aren't stupid. They know that the USA is after them.
