But killing them was an accident... the same as the killing and maiming of the 200 Syrian soldiers by the American led coalition. I mean the sailor aimed at the terrorists, but missed and killed the foreign agents instead. Too much vodka I guess?

 

I think there is no need for a third world war, as Russia already allows American & British soldiers to march through Moscow.

 

I'm not sure this story is true. As of yesterday, only Fars and Sputnik Arabic were reporting this. Seems like disinformation or else a mistake.

That the Times of Israel has picked it up doesn't mean much. Notice that even Sputnik has not put it out in its other language versions.

What I think is that it began with Hillary's Muslim youth group, support of Arab Spring, and Libya. We don't belong in Syria either.

I speak always from the very beginning of the conflict in Syria - the western aggressors led by the US, have illegally intruded in Syria. Assad had to buy from Russia S-300 long ago, close the sky and shoot down any planes which fly without the permission of Syria there. Or it has to be made only together - China, Iran and Russia. The western imperialists have to reduce the global geopolitical interests invading others countries.

 

Woogs I know that Turkish MIT agents and officers have been embedded in Syria with Al Nusra and its affiliates for years, and many have been killed... according to the Greekpronews. I also know they have contact with American agents... which like the British, have a habit of being everywhere.

It's these embedded Americans and other agents that have made Kerry insistent about Russia and Syria not attacking the 'moderates'. Of course Russia knows that they are there, and that's why they held their fire... and by doing so was not able to kill off the terrorists. As an example two weeks ago there were accounts about a terrorist group supported by the CIA fighting another group supported by the Pentagon.

Aleppo is a ticklish point in the war. If Syria can take the whole city, then the war basically ends... but this goes against the plans of those who want to divide up Syria for their own benefit... like for instance the US, KSA, Israel, Turkey, etc. They especially want to hold on to East Aleppo for their own geo political reasons.. so it stands to reason that they would be helping the terrorists... especially Al Nusra who is supported by Saudi Arabia, aligned with Turkey and close to Israel.

What is strange though is that they would all be gathered in one place in the middle of the city. Either the Russians and Syrians were made known of the fact so they wouldn't attack, or the Russians wanted the Americans to know that they are aware of everything that is going on... which seems more likely. The Russian intelligence is excellent.

Well if Russia did attack, it was well deserved after the backstabbing by the US and its allies at Deir el-Zour. If I recall correctly when Turkey back stabbed Russia by shooting down its jet, Vladimir Putin said that he considers treachery and disloyalty the greatest crime. If nations started taking him at his word and realize that he will respond accordingly, it would end a lot of speculation... as well as the 'paranoias' and delusions about Russia that seems so prevalent today in the West.

 

Jeannette, it's reasonable to assume that countries supporting the rebels/terrorists in Syria have some people in country.

Speaking specifically to this story, however, I have real doubts. As I said before, it was originally only put out by Fars and Sputnik Arabic.

My guess is that the original source is Fars. I've read some pretty unbelievable things from them regarding the war in Yemen that no one else reports, probably for good reason.

Most likely Sputnik Arabic picked it up from Fars. Isn't it curious that Sputnik hasn't put the report on their other language platforms?

For now I'm steering clear of this report until/unless it's verified by a more reputable source.

Here's some excerpts from an article on the attack from Global Research by Prof Michel Chossudovsky. He does say though that there is no official confirmation that the attack took place.

The US and its allies had established a Field Operations Room in the Aleppo region integrated by intelligence personnel. Until it was targeted by a Russian missile attack on September 20, this “semi-secret” facility was operated by US, British, Israeli, Turkish, Saudi and Qatari intelligence personnel.

According to Fars News, this intelligence facility was attacked by Russia in the immediate wake of the US Air Strikes against Syrian SAA forces at Deir Ezzor in support of the ISIS-Daesh terrorists. “The Russian warships stationed in Syria’s coastal waters targeted and destroyed a foreign military operations room, killing over two dozen Israeli and western intelligence officers”

According to the article the Americans and others were coordinating the terrorist attacks, and it seems far fetched unless we consider that the original plans were to break Syria into parts with one part going to ISIS, another to Al Nusra and another going to the Alawites and Christians. The reason for the break up is to keep them in friction with one another like in the Balkans, that way none of them could ever become a strong state. It would also cut through the Shia crescent that protects Russia's moderate Sunnis from the extremists in the Gulf states.

I also know that the Turkish MIT was heavily embedded in Syria, and more than likely they would have been working with the American secret service. If this attack on the Intelligence facility is true, then Russia was waiting for the excuse to attack it, and it was given to them with the bombing at Deir Ezzor.
