you guys didn't even bother look up the stats in the Ministry site - http://old.minfin.ru/en/reservefund/statistics/volume/index.php?id_4=5817 - it says that for the entire year of 2011 they had only 26 billion $ or so, but where was CNN to panic monger? 2008 seen Russia with reserves up to 140 billion $ but CNN or the likes would say the country is in crisis back then; will you ever learn to not trust West media?
