    I'm surprised you weren't too embarrassed to show your face back in here after revealing that you don't find Pedophilia to be a black mark on anyones image. if I were you I would have allowed the thread to drift out, and pretend I never revealed that part of myself.     Not sure anyone mentioned arrested, I think the conversation was about should an employer cut loose someone who sends this kind of message through their official brand. Does it look poorly on that employer.

    We've seen people cut loose for voicing support for things which are unpopular, and the validation we always hear is "well they shouldnt have done it on the companies brand". Curt Schilling was cut loose for his opinion. Rush Limbaugh was cut loose for stating that McNabb got alot of attention because America had a desire to see a Black Quarterback do well.


    So is the message to take from this one, that pedophilia isn't to be shunned, or that Salon is ok with that? Afterall, they published the piece, and I dont see anything on the googles about him being cut loose.


    Noones talking about arresting people for thoughts that I am aware of. What do you think Denizen? if Salon was your company, would you have printed that article, and kept this guy around? Or would you have sent it back to him wth a big red "rejected" stamped on it, and his final paycheck?
