    I don't think that will work, fire + fire = no ash.

    I think the minions would prefer to taxidermy him. I'm sure many of his minions know how to stuff the dead, and they would just love to have a picture with him to keep him under their My Pillow.

    Every event on your list was an attack against what was perceived a "bad guy" by those with the righteous mindset. (Not sure how Chernobyl fits)

    Your resentment appears to be aimed at a person, a party, and a large percentage of your fellow Americans. Convincing people to look at others this way is the only way the atrocities on your list could be achieved.
