    maybe not. Polls suggest the SNP will get an overall majority on the constituency seats alone. This opens an interesting vista for the Regional seats. If as apparently currently planned 50% voted for SNP here as well they would hardly get any more seats, 6 according to Bella but Labour would get 33 for only 25% of the vote. If this happens well everyone knows where they are and stagnation is likely.

    along comes the change. The possibility to vote in an opposition which is pro Independence. What the Herald is calling Scotland's Syriza but which is going by the name of Rise.

    I think it could be just what we need. A pro Independence opposition who will as they say above not allow all the new SNP to get complacent. I am not sure that this is how to get to post global capitalism but anything which keeps things stirred up and people politically alive and looking for solutions is a step in the right direction as far as I can see.
