    Imagine that...Trump's most reliable cheerleader implicated in the case. Is anyone shocked? I'd be shocked if Trump's biggest apologist was not involved to some degree.

    Sean Hannity is an extremely public figure and has several hours worth of content to fill each day, not to mention his tweets. I would be shocked if he doesn't feel the pressure to talk about the representation publicly - especially considering the optics of the rampant speculation that will occur to try and explain why he so vehemently attacked the Cohen raid.

    Hannity says he's not his lawyer. So the information isn't privileged.

    Same for trump and the Daniel's case. If trump didn't know about the deal, as he says, then there is no lawyer-client protection.

    I am sure that Sean Hannity's attorney client privilege will be perfectly preserved from being used in any court proceeding...until he feels the pressure to talk about it publicly and then he can toss it down the drain.

    According to Hannity, he was not a client of Cohen's and just asked him questions when he needed legal advice so where would there be an attorney/client privilege aspect?
