    Europe and the USA buy friends.
    Countries invite Russians. For example, Mali called on the Russians to free them from the oppression of France, which the Russians did. Now Burkina Faso are , Nicoragua, Venezuela... and many others called Russians. And that is why the countries of the world enthusiastically began to ask to join the SCO. Iran was accepted, Argentina, Saudi Arabia ... and many others are next.
    By the way, I think that in winter European countries will be drawn to the Russians. Hungary is already doing this.
