it is entirely opinion- and rather silly opinion at that. A law is a law. There is no Sharia Law in effect in the United States except in those rare cases when both parties mutually agree to abide by Sharia law as contracts- which by the way private parties can do- just as some devote Jews have contracts using Jewish law.

Sharia has no place in America, and all the instances of Sharia being heaped on Americans must stop. And wherever it has already damaged something, those things should be reversed to be in accordance with American culture, and not Sharia. For example, the movie Sum of All Fears, as it exists should be destroyed and never shown again. The movie should be remade as it was originally intended, with radical Muslims as the terrorists, not new-Nazis.

I never found out if Lina Morales ever filed suit against Rising Star based on religious discrimination against her (she is a Catholic), but if she didn't, she sure should. And every time CAIR or some other greaseball Muslim Brotherhood group threatens to sue, they should be threatened with countersuit, and judges should rule against them every time. In fact, CAIR shouldn't even be allowed to exist. They, and every other Muslim Brotherhood group in America, should be shut down, and the leaders jailed for sedition. The mosques would make good homeless shelters. But they might want to remove those idiotic-looking skinny towers they have. They are a blight.

 

I have not- nor will I ever- have to abide by Sharia law or Kosher rules.

Your fears are purely imaginary. Yes- if I go to a Kosher deli- I will eat Kosher food- that doesn't mean that I am having Kosher laws imposed upon me. Yes some Christian business's impose their faith on their employees- its wrong and they can be subject to law suits- but that doesn't mean I am subject to Christian 'laws'.

ANd I've noted some of the instances of Sahria being imposed on Americans, right here on this page, (Lina Morales, Sum of All Fears, radio talk show hosts, etc), so you know about them, even if you were pathetically ignorant before joining this thread. Th Constitution does in Article 6, Section 2 (the Supremacy clause), but the Constitution is only a document. It needs people to enforce it, and since Barrack Obama is a Muslim himself, and worse yet, his administration is littered with Muslim Brotherhood members (Huma Abidin, Rasad Hussain, Dalia Mogahed, Mohammed Magid, et al) we don't get the enforcement of the Supremacy Clause that we should. And now that he's been re-elected, it becomes even less likely.

 

If you had worked at Rising Star you would have been forced to comply with Sharia law. if you brought pork products to work, you would have been fired. That means you (working there) would be subject to Sharia law. FACT proven by past experience (the Lina Morales case) And if you call that fear mongery, you can't be honest.

 

It goes on 24/7. Every hour of every day. And with Obama re-elected, it's probably going to increase quite a bit.

Second, Islam is not more moral or immoral than any other religion. It may be different from yours, but that does not mean it is inferior or superior. that is all in your delusional mind and as I said, you need serious medical help.

As it has been previously noted (with specific instances named), Sharia law has been imposed continually for 21 years in the USA. Longer in Europe.
