    That is just not true.
    There is mental healthcare for those that seek it, there are public clinics and all types of foundations that provide funding as well as sliding scale payment schedules and health insurance coverage as well as Government funding to cover people of lesser financial resources.

    This is my field. It varies greatly by state. There are long waiting lists for group homes, a case manager or to get in to a psychiatrist. Many just give up. And that is just the ones that try

    Or they talk to someone like me that in one hour, can get them a scheduled appointment for intake, to a mental healthcare clinic.

    Dude, have you or have you not sought to ban "assault weapons". If you have, why? What's wrong with them?

    Like Hillary, do you support an Australian-style gun control program?

    You would give savings bonds to your spouse for a Christmas present? I assume you're not married.

    No. That law isn't applicable unless the buyer has to do paperwork or if they specifically say it's for their own use. If they buy the ammunition, they are allowed to transfer it.

    (6) for any person in connection with the acquisition or attempted acquisition of any firearm or ammunition from a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, licensed dealer, or licensed collector, knowingly to make any false or fictitious oral or written statement or to furnish or exhibit any false, fictitious, or misrepresented identification, intended or likely to deceive such importer, manufacturer, dealer, or collector with respect to any fact material to the lawfulness of the sale or other disposition of such firearm or ammunition under the provisions of this chapter;

    Also the BATFE specifically says it's allowed.
    May a parent or guardian purchase firearms or ammunition as a gift for a juvenile (less than 18 years of age)?
    Yes. However, persons less than 18 years of age may only receive and possess handguns with the written permission of a parent or guardian for limited purposes, e.g., employment, ranching, farming, target practice or hunting.

    All true until the gun-ban mob makes it a crime to "transfer" a firearm without a background check.

    So gun ban folks will not get their knickers in a twist, you can do the following, pre-pay the firearm at Cabelas, and tell them
    Joe Blow is going to come in with the receipt and do a form 4473 and other paperwork and background check, and you give Joe and envelope with the receipt and a picture of the gifted gun.

    Lol
