Yes, that is the newest Trump worship app. There are other alt-right platforms like Rumble, GETTR, GAB etc, They have more platforms than anyone. However, Musk is not an idiot who would create a platform which targets such limited audience/. Ironically the alt-right platforms are more heavily moderated than any other, and some people have been banned solely based on the screen name (before making a single post). Musk is into making money and platforms like Facebook make a lot of money, because they attract hundreds of millions of people from all corners of the world and all walks of life (all ages, all races, all everything). Trying to attract only political extremists from one viewpoint seems like a failed business idea from the getgo.

I think if one studies the exit polling, you’ll find that roughly one quarter of the votes Biden received where necessarily for Biden, they were against Trump. Canada is a Parliamentary Democracy so only his constituents in the Papineau region could vote for Trudeau to be an MP. No one in Canada can vote for a Prime Minister, it's up to the majority seat holding party to elect their leader, and thus Canada's Prime Minister.
