    And

More good examples of how crimes are created during an investigation.

Is not an argument either, it is a sentiment.

It's a given that when you plead guilty to a INDICTED CHARGE, there is no trial.

So, what the **** are you talking about?

Each charge is annotated, check them yourself:

Cohen pleaded guilty to eight criminal[166] charges: five counts of tax evasion, one count of making false statements to a financial institution, one count of willfully causing an unlawful corporate contribution, and one count of making an excessive campaign contribution at the request of a candidate (Trump) for the "principal purpose of influencing [the] election".[167][168][169]

Moreover. "Directing" Cohen to commit such a crime would make Trump a co-conspirator, legal experts say.

I do appreciate you making my point for me. You did have good examples of our legal system making criminals out of people. Im not a fan of abuse of power by our legal system.

I expressed that in the sense that your sentiment is a sentiment, but not accurate on any level. It could be in some instances, in the annals of history, but that is not how you are presenting it, your argument is that there is no such thing as 'obstruction of justice' as a crime independent of another crime, but that simply is not true. I presented the evidence that it is not. You can, if you want, choose to ignore it, which, apparently, you are.
