    What exactly is considered a taco in Texas? lol Not pink! I know what that is considered.

    Taco's in Texas are flour shells or corn that are folded in half? When I think taco I think hard corn shell with chopped meat that has those Mexican spices. Cheese, lettuce, tomato and gush on top. Burrito is the soft flour thing.
    The souvlaki is lamb or beef with a super thick dough shell that wasn't like a pita thing you get in the store thats all dried out. It was soft and thick. Thats folded in half with the meat. The meat is marinated in a vinegar, garlic tasting thing. Lettuce, tomato and a plain yogurt with cucumber and onion sauce on the top. Ive made it with pork and vinegar peppers with the thick burrito type things and the cucumber sauce but with sour cream. Not plain yogurt and they are excellent. I think as a matter of fact if I can find those shells I'm gonna make it this weekend. Come over for dinner and try it. If you don't like it Ill make you a meatball grinder. lol

    One large pizza dough
    Provolone
    Broccoli Raab
    Sweet or hot Italian sausage. Sauseege his own. lol
    Red crushed pepper


    For a "Goomba Tacoli" fold dough in half and cook at 350 till done.
    For an "Italian Taco" fold dough in half and cook at 350 till done and pretend your in Texas.

    I've had them, they are very good.

    Given a choice, I'll add ripe olives and pass on the yogurt.
