Yell in their face while pointing an empty gun at them to intimidate them that they are under oath and can be charged with prejury and that we have the right to search their phone history right now then take it and charge them with every infraction under the law

The scared and confused suspect will unknowingly incriminate themselves.

    1. An empty gun will get you killed.
    2. They are not under oath.
    3. It's "perjury"
4 You have no right to search anything without a warrant.
    5. You can't "take" their property.
    6. There was no infraction to charge.

You really have no clue about laws, constitutional rights, or firearms, do you?
Tell you what, why don't you run for office on this?
You would fit right in with all the other clueless antifa members.

By the way, you left the "t" off the end of you username.
Now go play with your video game, troll.

We only need them to let us be the police unit, no laws needed more then that.

I know its not correct, but the suspect fearing for his life will not be thinking and give up evidence. That's how it would work.

This might be more projection. I watch youtube a lot, but piracy just isn't part of it.

The gist of it is that these cops aren't going to get anywhere by asking people stupid questions hoping that they're going to incriminate themselves, so they can start confiscating weapons. It's just a leftist dream of figuring a way around the second amendment, which they despise because they despise the constitution.

Limits upon their beloved state are travesties to the lefty mindset.

The individual states should not have to uphold the bill of rights, this country was founded on local rule, not individual rights.

What "evidence" would the suspect give up to this "not a police officer"?

Not founded on individual rights, huh?
Does the "Bill of Rights" ring a bell in your "mind"?

I agree with you. Unfortunately scotus doesn't.

You'd have to get rid of the supremacy clause. The way the constitution was originally sold to states was that it applied to a relationship between the individual states and the federal government. What the states did internally was never supposed to be part of the constitution.

However, if you get rid of the supremacy clause, you get rid of a whole lot of things that lefties love.

If you want to go down that route, I'll back you up all the way. I don't think you really want to. It would get rid of almost everything lefties love about the federal government.

Or, since this is "not a police officer", and threatening you with a gun, you would be within your rights in most states to stand your ground, (since you are committing no crime, and have a legal right to be wherever you are), and respond with deadly force.
You were in fear for your life from a lunatic threatening you with a gun.

No, the idea is that this would be a real police force with all the special treatment that cops get. Try thinking of a privately owned prison. They can imprison people, feed them food not fit for humans, and there's nothing that can be done.

Are they cops, or not? If they are, they can and will be sued for civil rights violations, illegal search and seizure, assault by intimidation, etc.
If they are not, see my last post.

Please list citation where private prisons imprison people not sentenced by the state, and where they are fed food not fit for humans.
