Something Looks Weird In Broward County. Here’s What We Know About A Possible Florida Recount.

Y'all gonna love this.Rick Scott who felt vote tampering was
rampant filed 2 lawsuits alleging Florida law was broken.
This was in 2 counties { Broward and Palm beach county }
A Judge heard the 2 cases on Thursday night and ruled
in favor of Rick Scott.Ordering both counties and their Elections
Supervisers to Comply,no later than by Friday at 7 PM.
Both Elections superviser did not comply.Plus Brenda Snipes
{ Broward County Elections Supervisor } " accidently mixed bad
provisional ballots with good ones ". Which makes it nearly impossible
to determine which one of those votes should be counted.
This is partly how these Election Fraud Vote stealers operate.
Same crap was pulled in St.Lucie County in 2012 when Allen West
who was up by a couple thousand votes in a 10-15 minute span of time
was suddenly down a couple thousand votes.The Election superviser there
used as excuse a computer glitch.
Florida election law requires that vote by mail and absentee ballots
are accounted for within 30 minutes of polls closing.
NOT 2 and 3 and 4 Days later.

 

How is it possible that these people are not only not in jail, but still allowed to be anywhere near a polling station? Oh that's right, Snipes is black, so removing her from that position is racist

No where did I see that there is a law ( in Florida) says that provisional ballots are supposed to be checked for corresponding signatures. If that is the law then it should be followed. I am not sure what the law is in Florida but in CT you have to show documentation just like you do to obtain an absentee ballot. The provisional ballots and absentee ballots are treated a lot alike. When I did absentee ballot counting we had to check that the inner envelope of the ballot was signed and we had to check the voter list to make sure that the absentee voter's name did not drop off the list. We did not have to check signatures to the registration documents. Why would you if you followed the rules and did gave a provisional ballot or an absentee ballot only to those who are authorized to have on?

 

What investigators ?? You’re claiming that these ballots were missing because investigators had them ??

 

By definition provisional ballots must be checked.

They should be checked the same way that absentee ballots are checked. We check ours against the voter registration list. Those people who get provisional ballots have to show documentation that they qualify to get registered and then get the ballot. What additional checks does the Florida require?

The judge ruled in favor of Scott because in his role as governor they must allow him to inspect. Noting more, nothing less. THAT was the "constitutional issue" being decided. NOT that there was vote tampering. NO "votes were found in a ballot box" BS that the right has bee throwing around. Your literally making **** up in your post

This idea that we shouldn't count votes because of some arbitrary timeline is beyond ridiculous. Why are you trying to suppress the actual vote ? IF they have to do a recount to verify/validate the results, Why are you so against getting it right ? But Im sure that if in the end that Scott/Desantis wins, you will then claim that they stole the election right ? Because based on your logic, if they have 1 more vote than they had on election night, it must have been from a ballot that was changed/created for them right ?

Anything by the liberals to fraud the vote, including some of the comments here. Fraud is rampant. There should be 500 federal agents assigned and several arrests for voter fraud. Every vote that is in question should be tracked down to the owner. This should be a massive investigation and decide if it is voter fraud, incompetence or other reason.
