More strictness in appointment procedures, as well as ways to ensure racial and economic biases don't get in the way of what should be accurate judgments. Improved conduct policies for officers, prosecutors and the like.

Any officer that shoots an unarmed person for no good reason at all should be punished. This is a very small number of police officers giving the entire force a bad name. The entire police force across America does not deserve to be treated with violence from BLM because of the actions of two or three cops. That is just wrong. I agree the officers need to stop and be dealt with but BLM starting violence will solve nothing.

The question presented asked for how the proposal presented by yourself would actually work. The proverbial nuts and bolts of the inner workings of the proposed solution as it were. What was presented above for consideration is not such. What was presented is nothing more than something that sounds good in theory, but is devoid of any actual meaning. Nothing that was presented on the part of yourself does anything to explain how the proposal would lead to any significant difference than what is currently in place, and currently being ignored by those who are tasked with interpreting the law, and deciding who will and will not be tried for what crime.

At best what is being presented amounts to nothing more than yet another in a long line of calls for the ever-greater expansion of government at both the federal and state levels, in an attempt to address and attempt to compensate for what is ultimately human behavior, being perpetrated by flawed individuals who have managed to gain the trust and respect of others by virtue of their position in the inner workings of government.

It is quite apparent from the above statement that there is no understanding on the part of yourself, of either the inner workings of the united states government and its various branches, just how widespread the system-wide corruption extends, or how intertwined the two have become in one another. What is being proposed on the part of yourself is nothing more than a placebo. It presents the concept of amounting to something, but it ultimately amounts to nothing whatsoever.

What is either not understood, or simply not acknowledge on the part of yourself and countless others, is that if the desire for real and meaningful change is actually real, then it requires a significant and involved degree of work to do such. It would require what may come to be the bloodiest and most violent coup in the history of the entire united states. Every single individual who currently holds some position of authority in government would need to be systematically removed from not only that position of authority all at the same time, but they would need to be removed from the equation, as doing otherwise would allow them to spread their message of what they believe is acceptable, to others who may also share their world view, and believes that the ends justify the means, regardless of what must be done to get there. Those who hold a particular viewpoint would quite literally need to be killed for having the wrong ideas about how the nation should work.

Once said individuals are removed from the equation, it would be an absolute necessity to completely dismantle government at all levels to ensure that all elements of corruption have been removed from the equation due to exposure to said corrupting influences, and start over fresh from the ground up, without drawing on anything that existed beforehand. It may be necessary to go back to drafting the united states constitution all over again, to address whatever shortcomings were present in the first version, to prevent things from so easily becoming corrupt again, and leaving you back where you started in the first place.

What would ultimately be necessary for achieving the desired results, is similar to the need of utilizing radical chemotherapy for treating aggressive strains of cancer. The disease is not cured by the physician simply removing the tumors and declaring it to be good enough. Absolutely every last trace, every last suspect cell, must be completely obliterated from existence to present the disease from coming back again.

Does anyone have the appetite for such an approach to eliminating corruption? Is anyone willing to kill hundreds of thousands, if not potentially millions of individuals, on the sole basis that they cannot and will not hold themselves to high moral standards of doing what is the right thing, simply to prevent corruption from becoming entrenched into the system of government once again? Does anyone possess the constitution of character to pursue true and equal justice to this degree? Or will such be considered too much work?

If he was legal the he shouldn't have been arrested.

Again, just because you can do something.... doesn't mean you need to.

Which I never stated such. He was stupid for doing it but as long as it's legal he shouldn't be arrested. I can advocate for your rights while disagreeing with your actions.

Free speech also and indeed must protect offensive speech, as long as he was not threatening using language or actions violence, and it was rather creative. Hell I'm an Atheist ULC minister ordained on-line and street preach the Atheist message in front of holy places on religious worship days and they more than once called police or challenged me. And I invoked my freedom of religion the government recognizes my ordination in Florida just like the holy person of the holy site and the state can't then decide I'm acting improperly in other fashions like street ministry as long as I obey the laws for noise and conduct. I never lost yet and most police walk off telling the holy place he or she can't do anything.

KKK people can also act in most states and other groups and post on-line and have activities in the public domain and they are also protected in most cases.

What he wore on that day is rather irrelevant and he was arrested for disrupting the meeting and disorderly conduct, according to court documents. This is similar to disrupting a Trump rally with offensive signs or remarks and being removed by event security.

The same could be said for the actions of the law enforcement officers who decided to perform the arrest. Simply because it was supposedly legal for them to do such, does not mean it was either necessary or correct.

If he wasn't creating intimidation, then yeah, no need to arrest him.
