Study finds higher maternal mortality rates in states with more abortion restrictions

    Yes actually it is. There are a multitude of factors impacting maternal health and abortion. Case in point. In every country that has an anti abortion law that allows for “maternal health” the law might as well be used as loo paper. The bottom line - no one has come up with a defining point for “maternal health”. If the pregnancy triggers a deep depression to the point of the mother trying to commit suicide that is still a health issue just as deadly as HELLP syndrome and very easy to “fake”.

    Then why are women having to go to court to define exactly what is a “risk”??
