Suggestion for compromise gun legislation

Yes, gun control is incremental until progressive view of a gun free America at some point in future generations has been accomplished.

Actually I do believe you. There are many out there that unwittingly believe that their efforts are for limited gun control legislation. They don't really believe the real anti gun agenda in our government. They think that all the anti gun legislation would end if they just could pass UBCs and AWBs and such.

 

Ban them all. Ban air guns. Ban pictures of guns. I hope they go after everything and I will support them all the way

 

It's not like the progressives haven't been trying all along.

 

And I will join them. And encourage many others to as well. The only way to get anything is to go after everything. It will be our marching orders

 

I think most folks on this forum believe that this has been your sentiment all along. I'ts ok, There are many just like you out there. Luckily they have been mostly unsuccessful thus far.

Good luck with your new mission. I would suggest starting with repealing the 2A. Incrementalism has and will prove fruitless if public safety is truly your concern.

I didn't know that.

Once again though I don't see this as much of an issue because it obviously doesn't have anything to do with the right to keep and bear arms. Ear plugs accomplish the same thing so I'm not sure why people are either for or against it.

 

Ever try to teach someone gun safety or stop them from doing dangerous things with ear plugs in?

 

Uh....that happens on every gun range in America. At ever police and military range as well. Have you ever been to a gun range? Lol
