but yeah, I have seen those folks obsessed with defending the killer and attacking the victim too... sadly

As for this one, he was bragging online about what he was going to do.
I don't think he was worried about it being "nuts"... his comments made it look like he was after a bit of fame.

no it wasn't, the person the cop killed was unarmed, and no one is saying cops should not be armed

I agree, this was more about making a name for himself while committing suicide then anything else, he wanted people to know his name and remember him

Is that supposed to mean something? Say if a 300lb man is actively in the process of raping a 100lb woman, she's not supposed to use her gun to protect herself if the 300lb man is "unarmed"?

this was a shot, bleeding, out of breath, overweight person... we will never know exactly what happened

we can only guess sense the cop was not wearing a copcam

a justified shot, doesn't mean what the cop feared was actually what was happening

by that logic the cop that shot the child with a toy gun could of really been shot and the kid was really evil, the cop made a mistake, even though the shot was justified legally

both sides can be right... and the shot could still be justified

I do not doubt the cop was afraid... but that doesn't mean what he feared was the reality of the situation....

no, that was not proven...

the officer said he was scared, that makes it a justified shot, or in this case the unloading of his gun, it does not mean his fear was valid, same is true of the cop that shot the kid with a toy gun, scared, but not valid, sometimes cops get scared over things that did not really threaten them... that is reality

there is sometimes a huge difference between the cop being legal in the right and actually being right
