That is very insightful. Regardless of what media has portrayed, many of Trump's policies have been moderate to Classical Liberal in the way the 70's-80's Democrats were more liberal centrists. He may even resemble a throwback to JFK (without any of JFK's diplomacy or likeability. lol)

Meanwhile, Biden is trying to draw votes from moderate Republicans in November, more so than from mainstream Democrats who are already a lock for him. He and Kamala are definitely the establishment corporate neo-liberal types.

There's a mashup going on in Washington, with Republicans beginning to cater to the masses of non-degreed workers like the Democrats used to do, and the Democrats catering to the corporatists and degreed professionals like Republicans used to do.

Johnson became president when there was less than two years left in Kennedy's first term. So, Johnson could have served two full terms after becoming president on November 1963.
