That's right I posted the definition of agnostic because it proves you are an agnostic based on the substance of your belief system, and it's not the atheists on this board I made it very clear by posting a link to the atheist website that I was talking about so please stop misrepresenting my posts.

except as you are well aware, I am of course an atheist by definition, as I lack belief in a god or gods. The definition of atheism is lack of belief in a god or gods. That is by definition not a belief, just like not playing baseball isn't a sport or hobby

and you are well aware that your use of the lack of belief is false assessment and incorrect based upon your belief system.

    Your position is purely political.

    new·speak

    noun
ambiguous euphemistic language used chiefly in political propaganda.

But we know exactly what it is, and under these circumstances you would be correct that it is not a religion it's political propaganda.

only if English is your second language or you failed 3rd grade English composition. As being an atheist, is by definition, not a belief or belief system.
my position is the same for every other person on earth when presented with an assertion of somethings existence, with zero evidence to support that existence.

Meanwhile, atheism remains by definition, not a religion or belief.

Yes I agree political propaganda is neither religion nor a belief. I'm glad you finally cleared that up for us.

Neither has anyone given you the authority to speak for every person on Earth, based on your posts it was necessary for others to sort out your politics for you.

strawman. I have never mentioned political propaganda. I simply correctly pointed out that atheism, by definition, is not a religion or belief.

nobody has any idea what my politics are, as I'm not discussing politics. I'm simply and correctly pointing out that atheism remains, by definition, not a religion or belief, in the exact same way not playing baseball isn't a sport or hobby.

So you are saying those that fit your definition refuse to admit they are atheists. That means they do not make it a religion as you and others do

So you are not going to claim there are no gods, and you are not going to claim there are gods.

agnostics do not believe in god....and...agnostics do not believe there are no gods
you lack belief in a god or gods.....and....you do not believe there are no gods.

Agnostics lack belief in a god or gods and do not believe there are no gods.

you just testified it in front of the whole planet that you are agnostic, not atheist.

    Atheism vs Agnosticism
    agnostic
an agnostic neither believes nor disbelieves in a god

that's because I don't hold that position. I've corrected you enough times that you are intentionally lying about position now. I lack belief in a god or gods.

I'm going to continue pointing out that I lack belief in a god or gods.

nope. Agnostics do not think there is enough evidence to make a decision either way. Atheists lack belief in a god or gods.

theists do not believe there are no gods, you said
so clearly using your [lack of] logic, by definition you are a theist, just like water is wet
Im going to continue pointing out that you do not believe there are no gods

    No
And I’m going to continue pointing out you are incorrect. I will continue pointing out atheism means the lack of belief in a god or gods. Which is by definition not a religion or a belief. In the identical way not playing baseball isn’t a sport or hobby.

Atheism is not and has never been a religion. In fact most of us I suspect don’t even think about it unless some god believers get pushy.

And you must be confusing me with someone else since I haven’t supplied any definition of “ athiest”

I know it is silly to think that because you actually get something you prayed for it is proof prayer works. That is as idiotic as thinking prayer doesn’t work because you didn’t get something you prayed for.
Simple fact is there is as much evidence for the efficacy of prayer as there is for the existence of god.

Butt out. That isn’t a discussion on religion. It is a discussion on the efficacy of prayer! Now if you want to way in on that topic please do so.

You don't have a definition, noted!
