Strange, I have always though The Declaration of Independence was a document declaring freedom from the King. Can you point to the specific line where it says that private companies should be forced to allow speech they do not agree with.

Impressively packed rant full of strawmen fallacies and childish remarks. Interesting.

You are the one regurgitating the founders as some infallible source — I simply showed that was not the case. I apologize if that was too complex of a response for you to comprehend.

Would you like to prove your assertion that there is a creator that bestowed upon us the right to force companies to allow speech of do you typically just go around regurgitating remarks that you do not believe in?

OK... we'll try again. The Bill of Rights says we have the right to free speech. Period. It doesn't say we have that right unless FACEBOOK says we don't... or if TWITTER says we don't. Or if Tojo says we don't. Or if Al Queda says we don't. It says we have the right of free speech... PERIOD. Oh, and son? I do believe in the right of free speech. Very much. I am a big booster of FREEDOM in all its forms. I wore a uniform for decades to defend it all.

If we're going to give non citizens voting rights in the US, wouldn't that be discriminating against those living outside the US?

And there you have it folks, welcome to Soros' One World Government.

Periodically, a bill is put forth to secede. A similar bill was filed earlier this year. Maybe someday one will pass.

See news article below... obviously, Fredericksburg is in the area where Germans settled in Texas.

Biedermann files ‘Texit’ bill for election on whether state should secede from the United States

    Jan 27, 2021

As promised, District 73 state Rep. Kyle Biedermann submitted legislation calling for a statewide election on whether Texas should secede from the United States.

Biedermann, R-Fredericksburg, filed House Bill 1359, officially titled the Texas Independence Referendum Act, on Tuesday.

If approved by the 87th Legislature and signed by Gov. Greg Abbott, voters could decide to assign a joint legislative committee to draft plans for Texas independence.

In legislative lingo, the bill proposes “a referendum to the people of the State of Texas on the question of whether this state should leave the United States of America and establish (its own) independence.”

“This Act simply lets Texans vote,” Biedermann said. “This decision is too big to be monopolized solely by the power brokers in our Capitol. We need to let Texans’ voices be heard!”

My father is successful and articulate, please do not compare yourself by calling me “son”.

I know they have maximum IQ requirements in the military but what do you not comprehend about the constitution being a limiting document for the Federal Government and does not imply that private companies must give audience to language they do not support?

Do you have any legal precedent for such an absurd statement or are you gathering your data from some Q source?

So you feel bakers should be forced to allow speech on their platform that they do not like?

Every law limits someone or some company's rights in regard to the rights of others. Are you saying we shouldn't have laws, or only the laws that you don't like?

This land we love so mightily,
    should not be handed readily,

to selfish men with hearts of stone,
who carest only for their own.

And who will come so angrily
    to tellest us so blatantly

that we should never dare to stray.
For only they should have a say.

And that we not do as we please,
while forcing us upon our knees,

to worship gods of lust and greed.
And things that we can never heed.

Now these are things we did not choose.
And freedoms something we can't lose.

To liberal laws and swords so cruel

and brandished 'bout by those who rule. - Jeannette

You are wanting to force private companies to host speech they do not agree with — do you hold the same premise to bakers?

    No.

We're talking about Texas trying to require non-government actors to permit untrue conspiracy theories on their platforms.

That's not guaranteed by the 1st Amendment. There's a fundamental lack of education about the 1st Amendment among Trumpers.

Umm, wrong again. The 1st Amendment protects us from government action.

    Get that through your noggin.

"Abandon Citizens and Allies Biden" doesn't understand the First Amendment. He'll stifle free speech anywhere and anytime it doesn't agree with him. His industry cronies are his tools in this effort.

Ok, you don't support free speech. We get it. You should have said so before. It would have saved us all a lot of time. Lose the insults child... it really makes you look bad... or like Dem actually.

And who is to decide what is true and what isn't true? The biggest conspiracy theory that I know of, was the one about Trump colluding with Putin, and yet wasn't the media complicit in it.

So no sources; just uninformed opinion, strawman fallacies and outright lies.

If anything I thought the military at least produced men 50 years ago…

    *LOL*

Why don't the Russia supporting Trumpers understand the 1st Amendment?

"Umm, Texas is forcing free speech by telling private platforms that they have to allow conspiracy theories equal time! That's freedom!!"

Bakers have to serve gays by selling them their wares. They are not obligated in creating something they don't agree with. Nobody is asking private companies to create something they don't agree with.

    Hope this clears things up.

Your preference for the the murderous Biden clearly reveals your brainwashing, Its ok, you are not alone, Many hold their liberal masters in higher esteem than freedom. We understand you.

Now, about the military. I bet you wouldn't know an Apache from a rifle, an M11 from an M109, or a gig line from a telephone line. Libs like you have rarely even MET a real Soldier. Stick to what you know... gay rights and transgender issues.
