    Doctors in London are taking NDE accounts so seriously that they are placing unusual objects in places that cannot possibly be seen from the operating room bed. They are asking cardiac patients about what they saw while being operated on and recording the results.

    They are said by those who experienced them, to be of a totally different quality than a dream. In fact most people say the NDEs are more vividly real than ordinary waking consciousness.

    A good account is by Dr. Eben Alexander, a neurosurgeon and neuroscientist who had an NDE when he survived a brain illness that is generally fatal.

    If the brain is not the creator of consciousness but instead, a transceiver of consciousness, that consciousness is fundamental, not matter, then of course an NDE is real and not a hallucination.

    NDEs are caused by the brain's neurons firing like crazy as the brain starts to shut down. I know, I've had an NDE.

    If my theory of Zeus...… being connect to Azazel is at all accurate...… he is laughing over this!

    Because here we may well have.... the LGBT community lining up with what the Being of Light of NDE fame wants........ and the Christian political right may be somewhat closer to.......... the dark side of the force???????!

    My wife gave me a video of a young lady from Ecuador..... I think her name was Angelica Zambrano.... or something like that..... She saw Pope John Paul II and Michael Jackson during her out of the body experience.... that seemed a lot like a near death experience.

    I've read a bit about what Satanists can do over this past decade..... for example controlled out of the body experiences...
    that would remind us somewhat of the research into the capabilities of Ingo Swann.

    Like a near death experiencer what John Ramirez is doing is reporting what he personally experienced........
    he is human and may have misunderstood his experiences......
    but his testimony is significantly above mere opinion.

    I believe that with the use of drugs the NDE may have been replicated, but it isn't proof that they've re-created an NDE.

    True.... it isn't proof exactly..... but it can legitimately be considered anecdotal evidence and many great discoveries in science began in that way.

    The C.I.A. and other agencies in the world employ remote viewers. They've been doing that for a long time now so there must be some value in it. Quantum physics is opening windows into the true nature of reality. There can be an afterlife without the existence of a God. You can be spiritual with being a theist.

    There IS life after DEATH: Scientists reveal shock findings from groundbreaking study.

    LIFE after death has been "confirmed" by scientists who have discovered consciousness continues even once a person has died.
    Of those who said they had experienced some awareness, just two per cent said their experience was consistent with the feeling of an outer body experience – where one feels completely aware and can hear and see what’s going on around them after death.

    However, the most significant finding of the study is that of a 57-year old man who is perhaps the first confirmed outer body experience in a patient.
    The man was able to recall with eerie accuracy what was going on around him after he had ‘died’ temporarily.

    as far as can be ascertained by a clinical examination the patient is dead. There is no pulse, no respiratory movement and no corneal reflex.

    I think the more interesting part of the story was the first confirmed outer body experience in a patient.

    The story is a story. Take it up with Sean Martin. It was the scientists in the story that confirmed the OBE.
    Because Sean martin failed to include the methodology doesn't mean the OBE wasn't confirmed.

    B.S. This isn't a scientific journal, it's a science news story. Google lead researcher Dr Sam Parnia and check his research.
    An OBE has been verified and you can't stand it can you?
