Now you are moving the goal posts and applying relativism fallacies.

Fact is, the pro-choice crowd desires to once again establish a superior position of one human above another. This is the motive in nearly all of the lefts agenda. Poor verse rich, straight verse gay, religious verse agnostic, women verse men, minority verse majority.... the list is endless. And in this case, the left desires to place women above fetuses.

Killing something is wrong. We learn this as a child, yet in the desire for continual division based on political agendas, the left supports killing in the name of picking a side.

At some point, you have to start to wonder where the desire to segregate is driven by the political motivations for power.

News flash... I guarantee democrats would be pro-life if they thought the fetus had a vote in the matter.

Quite right - there are programs in place. How many of the pro life crowd are in full vocal and voting support of these programs?

    I haven't a clue.

Me personally, I'm at the top end of contributing to help support other people*. I have several issues of my own, and the more I contribute to help others, the less I have to support myself.
*excludes elderly, infirm or those mentally unfit.

I'm not leaving out anything, I'm telling you what the data is.

People who are responsible and use effective birth control has a failure rate of 0.001 or something to that effect.

Pro-abortion is about being able to be as irresponsible as you want with no consequences.

Then those people are as stupid as someone who expects to be able to drink as much alcohol as they want without getting drunk.

Funny how those Trump supporters aren't fighting for abortion huh, to shine a little reality on your particularly stupid argument.

    Oh right.

We talk about doing it because we don't have any intent of doing it.

There's a break in your logic there.

No, my links were to dispute your comment that the people who start threads on civil war are conservatives because your feelings told you it must be true.

Clearly you were also wrong about that.

Watch–Sanders, Klobuchar Scurry Away When Asked About Late-Term Abortion, Abortion Survivors

Several presidential candidates took part in a rally on the steps of the United States Supreme Court on Tuesday at a Planned Parenthood protest against states putting in place laws to restrict and even ban abortion in most cases.

Alison Centofante, director of strategic communications at Live Action, confronted Sens. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) about late-term abortion and protecting babies who survive abortion.

Sanders refused to answer any of Centofante’s question, and to all of the questions asked of Klobuchar, she only responded it was not children she was in the business of defending.

Centofante made a case for morality when she confronted Klobachur.

“Slavery was once legal; it doesn’t make it moral,” Centofante said. “Segregation was legal; it doesn’t make it moral. Even though abortion is legal, it doesn’t make it moral.”

“Is there any point where you would draw the line?” she asked Klobuchar. “Would you draw a line at third trimester. Maybe when they feel pain at 20 weeks.”
    Klobuchar remained silent.

It's a little over 99%, but that's what I meant by 'essentially' 100%. Correct use failure is quite rare.

You don't think women have full autonomy/responsibility for their own bodies?

Yes indeed. Rarely, it happens. Correctly used oral contractive failure driven abortions, are likewise also rare.

Can you provide proof of that?

Funny how you are wrong about that.

Did you answer my question about waiting until marriage and only doing it to procreate?

    I've asked twice now.

YES, SHE does...you don't, the government doesn't...she does....she is responsible for deciding when, or if, to gestate or abort...HER responsibility.

:) :) Ya, and won't the taxes go up and up in Alabama....:) :) So many more "precious lives " to feed and care for.

Of course the Alabama legislature hasn't allocated a dime yet to take care of them but I'm sure they will donate money of their own to care for all those "precious lives"...:)

    Sure.

    https://www.cdc.gov/reproductivehea...edpregnancy/pdf/Contraceptive_methods_508.pdf

A contraceptive implant is far more effective than vasectomies or tubal ligation.

A contraceptive implant combined with a condom would result in a pregnancy a little more often than immaculate conception.

    Take your anecdote somewhere else.

So you think all women and girls should get an implant. And all other methods are irresponsible. Is that what you did (or the girls you were with did)?

Trump and Repubs want to defund this:

How can I get the birth control implant?
    https://www.plannedparenthood.org/l...lanon/how-can-i-get-the-birth-control-implant

There’s a good chance you can get the implant for free (or at a reduced price) if you have health insurance. Because of the Affordable Care Act(aka Obamacare), most insurance plans must cover all methods of birth control, including the implant.

You asked for stats on effectiveness.

    I gave them to you.

You're free to not wear a seat belt and watch videos on your phone while you drive too.

No, we don't want to defund it.

We just want you to pay for your own stuff. Novel idea, I know.

Rare...indicating unwanted pregnancies do in fact occur. There are also situations when condoms break. Again pointing to the fact that unwanted pregnancies do occur despite best efforts to prevent said pregnancies. Glad we agree.

I have no clue what that has to do with abortion. Are you one of these abstinence people?

There is federal law on discrimination in employment and public accommodation.

That law does not include protection on the basis of sexual orientation. So, a number of states have added specific protections.

The "cake" cases relate to state law, not federal law, since federal law does not bar discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation.

No one here has argued that they don't. That's not what we're talking about (it's just another exception, like rape). We're talking about all those abortions which result from incorrect contraceptive use or nil contraceptive use.

Well all I was saying in this thread is that obviously people have sex with no intention of getting pregnant. That's why they and their partners use birth control in the first place.

People wear seat belts and they still get in accidents and get injured or die. I guess those irresponsible idiots should know that if they simply didn't drive at all, that wouldn't happen.

So is that what you did/do? Complete abstinence?
