    well, Roe isn't overturned...not completely anyway...so not sure what you mean the Court hasn't done anything with it,

    As far as everything else.....whatever you "will" is...it has to be Constitutional....so that maybe your problem. The Court doesn't follow popular opinions or polls...it follows the law. So far your "will" apparently isn't legal.

    The most stark example of the over representation of conservatives in Congress is comparing CA to WY. WY does not even have 710K residents (it has 579K) which is the average number of people in congressional districts around the country.

    WY's congressional delegation includes 2 senators and 1 rep or one congressional member for each 193K residents.
    CA's congressional delegation includes 2 senators and 53 reps or one congressional member for each 727K residents.

    There are 15 red states with an equivalent population to CA meaning those roughly 40M residents from the 15 states are represented by 30 senators while the 40M in CA are represented by 2.

    Examples like these give mathematical context to the degree to which blue states are under represented in Congress. It's an undemocratic disparity Dems must address.

    Maybe folks should move...

    The Senate and House represent two different things...so combing them sort of highlights your lack of understand of the US Constitution.....if your post about Courts ruling based on popular opinion didn't already.

    The Senate represents the States...each State gets TWO...all the States are equal...not one is more important then the other.

    The House represents the people, hence why the States are broken into smaller districts, the Representatives are closer to the people. Congress sets the total number of seats in the US House, and divides them upon the States...Cali has far far more then any other state because of it.

    If it hasn't be obvious before, it has certainly become clear....the left hates our Constitution and system of Govt. They hate they can't force their will on the American people.

    The will of the people was that hillary be POTUS, trump was forced on us by the EC.

    The fact that the left thinks the Supreme Court should be connected to elections means they are missing the point. The Supreme Court is supposed to interpret the law based on evidence and intent.

    Their claim, is like saying a scientist should be picked by a political party. If they are doing their job right, politics should have nothing to do with it.

    The founders could have had Supreme Court Justices elected by the people with term limits but they didn't.

    Yep, 3,000,000 more American citizens wanted Hillary to be POTUS but trump is. So nope trump does not represent the will of the people.

    You might want to consider that while the founders had a brilliant conceptual construct for the formation of a government the conditions present at the time the EC was established make it an anachronism.

    That fatuous rationale makes it sound as though CA is not part of the United States of America. Why should the country be penalized because a large population of liberals populate CA?

    sure, they are american. but also californian citizens....and if you know how are system of govt works you’d know the states elect the president. 30 states more then obama ever got, elected trump and rejected clinton and the dems
