Speaking of dense! For years progressives have cloaked their agenda using words like underprivileged, fairness, compassionate, disenfranchise, victim while labeling any oppossion extremest, racist, homophobic, ignorant or uncaring.

They view division as an essential tool, using it to separate the citizenry based on normally selfish social issues, then presenting themselves as the only real advocates for each cause.

Progressives are ruthless in their tactics and although what they seldom deliver positive results, their "feel good" rhetoric remains socially popular among many uneducated voters because the message relinquishes the individual, the victim, of any personal responsibly. However, the apparent success of this tactic can be seen by the number of congressional seats the Democrats lost last during the last (2010) national election. (source: way2convey)
