No where have you once cited any constitutional text. As you just stated- you cited merely a court ruling. If you cited text, you wouldn't be trying so hard to deflect every time you're asked such an easy question. No need to respond. I'm not feeding ya anymore lil guy
It’s not my fault you refuse to read the ruling. It specifically quotes the constitution preceding secession. Lil girl.
Ah don't waste your time with the alt lefties on this thread. They made a claim that it's in the constitution and over 47 pages of thread later, still haven't cited it lol. These are the same people that would for for AOC. Makes sense.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2016_United_States_presidential_election#Statistical_analysis Based on these statistics, I would have to say the majority of people didn't want either Clinton or Trump. 20.3% Clinton 19.4% Trump. .1% other 60.2% - no thanks, I'm good. Based on this, I think "the will of the people" can be summed up as one of two things, in combination: 1) I really don't care- my vote makes no difference and no matter what it doesn't really matter in my day to day life. I am apathetic to the process. or 2) Go eff yerself- I do not want to be ruled and I want no rulers.
The constitution doesn't say that a state cannot secede. Which is why members of California and Colorado want secession. Alt left radicals have repeatedly refused to cite constitutional text. They cited a COURT CASE, one that can be overturned. Still cited no actual constitutional text. It's quite pathetic.
That you refuse to read the ruling doesn’t make it go away, nor does it make the constitutional language specifically cited by the court go away. States can’t secede. It’s why Texas is still a state.
Really? Can you show me a Supreme Court ruling stating states can secede? Because I can show you one stating they can’t.
I dont know what country you live in or how gullible one can be But in my country the United States of America no one signs a contract with out the option to leave.
So is that a no then? You can’t show me a Supreme Court ruling that a state can secede? Because I can show you one which says they can’t.
Don't waste your breath. The alt left radicals can't cite the Constitutional text. They just claim it's "magically there". All they have is a court ruling (one that can be overturned by law).
What does the Supreme court have anything to do with a this? I have already shown you We live in a free country..
I wonder if this poster cant comprehend he can leave the USA under his free will? Heck if he would text me I would pay for a one way ticket for him/her to Venezuela
The poster is confusing the constitution with a court ruling. Would the same poster feel the exact same way with Roe V Wade? Is that in the constitution?
The poster agrees that abortion, and state's secession, are not in the constitution. Seems she confused herself lol
