    You seem to be misunderstanding my claim. My claim is that you can't identify the article, section, and clause, nor cite the specific language that prohibits any of the several sovereign states from abandoning the union.

    My claim has nothing to do with supreme court rulings. My claim was about what you could substantiate.

    Texas v. White, Chase interpreted the phrase "a more perfect union" to mean "a perpetual union" based upon the continuation of the Article of Confederation to the Constitution. No where in the Articles of US Constitution does it state that a state can not leave. While stare decisis is indeed a powerful guiding light in the courts, the history of courts revisiting decisions specious with the facts of the Constitutional Law is strong.

    It doesn't really matter in the end. The Constitution has about as much significance as toilet paper. It is just another excuse for violent psychopaths to harm others. The 9 Nazgúl that preside are no less so than Trump, Pelosi or any of the others 545 elite ruling class that these idiots worship.
