Given the responses to the poll so far it is worth noting that 14% have abstained, 23% are unwilling to compromise and 64% are willing to compromise. (Note percentages are rounded up.)

Perhaps the most SIGNIFICANT aspect of this preliminary result is that almost half of those who are willing to compromise self identified as Traditional Conservatives.

That is excellent news because it means that we have fair minded PF members on both sides of the political aisle who are open to finding solutions that are best for America.

 

And what would you give up for that funding?

Hold EMPLOYERS accountable for hiring illegals in a way that is incredibly painful for them, and they will stop doing so.

If there is no market for jobs for illegals, they will stop coming here. Its pretty simple supply and demand.

We are trying to but withot much cooperstion from congress

We should build the wall and instsll electronic monitoring along the 1200 miles not covered by the wall

Then make sure we have enough Border Patrol agensts and military there to pick up ever alien intruder

Then repeal the central America refugee asslyum loophole

Then outlaw santuary cities and deport every illegal alien we find

At the same time impliment better tracking of visa overstays

Then or also work on improving the e-verify system

There is much to do that liberal swamp rats in washington are unwilling to do

 

Since trump won the election and liberals suddenly feared he moght stop the flow of illegal aliens

 

We can and shood hold employers and illegal alien employees acountable

Employers who knowingly hire illegals should be punished

While the illegal and their entire family should be deported immediately

With all of the correct answers to the questions already "in hand" I don't think anyone believes that. It is common knowledge that the south-west states are saturated with illegal Mexican workers and always has been. Law has nothing to do with it as long as farmers can hire unskilled labour for low wages.

improve E-Verify, AND PUNISH COMPANIES WHO EMPLOY ILLEGALS. - Agreed.

If we do these three things, it would be more than adequate.

 

Yet you're for big gov't spending on a mostly useless wall.
When enforcing laws already in place about employers hiring illegals would be the best result to illegal immigration.
So how you are for reduced spending?
