No. I'm talking to you. You're acting like Trump by making wild and unsubstantiated claims. You about voter suppression, he about fraud. Both exist, neither has been shown to have played any role in the turnout or the voting, or the count.

I'm sorry you had to stand in a line. Oh, the humanity!

Yes, we were talking about voter suppression and applying concerns about it to the most recent election. Rather than talk about voter suppression, you guys play games and demand I prove it exists according to some narrow definition that has nothing to do with how it has been viewed over decades.
You guys just want to spread Trump propaganda about the election. Anything other than Trump was done a monstrous wrong is rejected.

Wrong. Voter suppression exists and only the scope and impact remain an issue.
Your sarcasm underscores your real intent.

How are you not understanding the question? Fraud exists as well. We are asking about this election ... voter suppression in this election, other than a long line somewhere, that affected the vote. In this election.

If you suspect it but don't really know, which I think is what you are saying, confirm it and we'll be done. Otherwise I'll continue to think that you somehow do not understand my and Bluesguy's question. About this election.

I'm very sorry you had to stand in a line.

Your demand I prove voter suppression existed in this election makes no more sense than demanding proof the fire department exists before we can call them. You guys only want to parade ginned up fraud to force the selection of the President to the House of Representatives.

Thanks for the insult, but you're still not answering. Here it is again, courtesy of Bluesguy:

Can you point me to the lawsuits or sworn statements about voter suppression that have been filed? Who went to the polls and could not vote because their vote was suppressed, where?

I'm sorry you had to stand in a line and produce an ID.

What we need is women to run who are true independents and are not beholden to any political party and thus not told how to vote.

I agree. Recently I read a good book that takes a scientific approach to explain the superiority of women and why should be the decision makers.

Well, I don't know about superior. Maybe in politics and sports, where testosterone is ill-controlled.

I have been waiting patiently for you to post the examples of mass voter suppression during this election cycle only to find you have been blowing smoke again.

Polling places are moved all the time, they move in accordance with voting needs and patterns and if you look at the examples people post about how minorities were suppressed by moving a polling place it is generally in a DEMOCRAT controlled county. Moving a polling place on it's face is NOT voter suppression else no polling place in the country could ever be changed.

Now where in THIS election cycle was there voter suppression due to a polling place being moved.

Yes once again you are blowing smoke and cannot back up your claim of mass voter suppression this election cycle.

You can ask until you're turning blue. I'm not going to detail the obvious when you damn well know lines to vote are longer in minority communities in many states, including Georgia--the state I mentioned.

There were 230,0000 polling places in 2008 across America. How would you know?

Mail-in voting certainly put a crimp in the Republican voter suppression apparatus.

    What???

Now you're mixing up people who claim the election was stolen with people questioning the significance of the "voter suppression" mantra/hysteria. It's not the same thing.

Your obsession with suppression would only make sense, in the context of THIS PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION, if Biden had LOST the popular vote. He didn't. Unless the claim is that Biden would have won Ohio or Texas or wherever had there it been suppression. It's like complaining about "racism" in a vacuum. "I'm black and I got my job because racism."

As it is, your claim makes no more sense than Trump's claim that (I'm paraphrasing here), "but for fraud and theft, I would have won!"

Consider the House election in 2016...

    upload_2020-12-8_18-1-31.jpeg

Republicans won 241 seats with 1.1% more of the vote.

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2016_United_States_House_of_Representatives_elections

Consider the 2012 election where Democrats won the popular vote and only got 201 seats.

This is gerrymandering on steroids. It hasn't stopped.
    How about down ballot?
You're ignoring gerrymandering, long voting lines, and other forms of voter suppression. You're ignoring down ballot consequences.
It's about a lot more than Trump.
