no such thing. all human beings have been evolving ever since the Ice Age ended. humans don't "stop" evolving. No animals do.
The situation is not quite so simple. The fossil record can be interpreted as animals entering a period of statsis and then quickly evolving. (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punctuated_equilibrium) Humans evolved to adapt to the African environment. Then some migrated to Europe which was a significantly different environment to which significant evolution was required to successfully adapt. Back in Africa, less evolution occurred as the humans there were already well adapted. Most importantly the evolution was different in different locations. It required brains to survive in Europe. Not so much in Africa.
you're assuming that the climate/environment of Africa stayed the same over the last 100,000 years. there is no evidence of a greater level of evolution of European humans as opposed to black humans. if there was evidence, its all in the genetic code, and no such evidence has beemn presented. so basically your whole argument is baseless except for its clear political agenda.
There is evidence in the genetic code and more being discovered everyday. That you are personally ignorant of it doesn't make the argument baseless. White people have evolved to become smarter than black people. The fact is quite obvious and has been demonstrated for decades. The genetic basis for this is being fleshed out even as we speak. This happens any time you take a small population, anywhere, and severely limit their mariage options. The Amish and Icelanders have a similar issue.
Sure race exists. It is a variation in the human species. Regardless of dna. If you want to call race, a breed, like we do dogs, fine. But we chose race over breeds. This idea that race, variation, does not exist is mumbo jumbo. We are just trying to get rid of the idea of race because some idiot thought he could get rid of racism by doing this, eventually.
