They know he is guilty...they know he will do it again.

When I read Republican Senator Marco Rubio's interview where he acknowledged that Trump is guilty of all he is accused of but that it "doesn't rise to the level of removal from office," I had to wonder how we could have fallen so far. At least Romney has courage to do right.

calumny is another word for slander...and if the Democrats calumny was effective then why has 30 of the last 50 years has a Republican in the Oval Office ??

 

No one ever said it was effective just that it had gone on for a long time, and Republicans have had a belly full of being called racist fascist stupid or nazis and are starting to place the word liar next to the names of the slanderers.

 

Trump has shown the Republicans that they don't need to be afraid of the media. I hope they learn it.

 

"They" are Democrats, half the Independents, and a large piece of Republican leadership. If I had a dime for every story about GOP cocktail parties and attendees that whispered hateful stuff about Trump, I could pay for this laptop. So what keeps the GOP in line. Fear and Greed. Fear they might incur the wrath of the Trump mobs, and greed that they may forever stay in office.

Clearly, they don't fear American voters. That is about to change. In large measure Trump has been a useful wakeup call to voters that they have been had by a cheap midway barker. Voters are now well ahead of the media and nothing surprises them about Trump anymore. Basically, voters are tired of the sumbitch.

Trump is riding on Obama's coattails but if one ever mentioned that Trump he would scream, fall on the Oval Office carpet, and chew it like a rabid dog. That thought, drives this nut

What trump did was far worse than Nixon or Clinton. He called on a foreign country to help him win in November. He used tax payer, Congressionally approved money to extort an "announcement" of an investigation against his political opponent.

Now that repubs have given him a free hand to do anything he wants...he will pull every dirty trick that he can to get re-elected. trump is a "career criminal."
