When the Donbas militia defeated the Ukrainian army and advanced as far as Mariupol, the head of the department of defense in order to cover up their humiliating defeat, said it was the Russian army and that they used nuclear weapons...which of course made him a laughing stock.

Terrorism generally falls outside of warfare...though it occurs within it. The Ukraine issues however fall within it. Yes there will be terrible acts, but they are result of war......terrorist actions are not due to state on state conflict, they are the result of groups or people killing for political reasons.

Russia is not at war with Ukraine, although Washington is using every provocation to get Russia to attack Ukraine. They want to get them entangled like in Afghanistan, but they are too smart to fall for Washington's deviousness. Washington though is at war with Russia...thus the sanctions. As for Ukraine, Washington has CIA agents all over Eastern Ukraine, not to mention giving arms and training men. There is even a Polish army waiting to help the Ukrainian forces.

Russia in turn allows the forces of Novorussiya/Donbas to enter and exit Russia at will. Of course there are volunteers coming in, and of course the militia is being supplied, but not by the Russian government but by private sources. Russia is too smart to be entrapped officially by the US, so all Washington has is its lies and propaganda...but they can't prove anything.

Russia is also helping the militia with logistics...no doubt from Russia. Because of the Russian language, and the intermarriage and schooling between so many in Ukraine, the militia and Russia knows everything that is going on...that's why the Ukrainian army can't defeat them. Or at least in reality they can't. According to the Kiev media the Ukraine is defeating them. Which is about as truthful as the thirty plus Russian invasions.
