Well ya.. I don't have the virus OR I had it and are now acclimated to that version! You on the other hand can wear your mask around me or not, I'm not infected. I'm the one taking all the risk ¯\_(º¸º)_/¯

I'll be honest, if you did have COVID "God forbid" I wouldn't wear a mask around you purposely!

And I think the smarter people are the ones that follow the evolution path that has got us this far. Healthy people don't need to wear a mask the sickly do.. Think of it as immune therapy and it holding certain cancers in check.. This is far less deadly then many cancers Ronstar..

Those masks are mostly just protecting others, except maybe that unknown one Ivanka has. My KN95 test of blackened tilapia let through the smell, somewhat, but stopped me from coughing from the spice overload; I don't think those paper like things would stop crap.

An evolved one could wear one of those cheap scarves and trap their larger particulate emissions, and wash hands often to prevent giving it to grandma, but I'm fast approaching the belief that my fellow Republicans are … can't say it, it's a very "special" safe space. Another possibility for not wanting to protect others would be less entitlement spending.

Masks do not stop a virus in any way. It will still spread, even with wearing masks.

So you're wearing a mask as a form of virtue signaling? Got it.

Masks do not stop a virus, btw.

    Why?

There's no need for them to do so outside of a situation such as that.

    Sounds reasonable to me.

No, the "stupid" is thinking that a mask can somehow stop a virus. It can't.

Use of paper plates/utensils does not stop a virus either.

It wasn't even needed for those couple of weeks.

    So?

    So?

    Two thumbs up. Great post!

The "mask wearers" tend to forget such things. Additionally, many of them don't even wear their masks correctly to begin with. They also don't realize just how small a virus is...

Viruses spread in many ways other than spittle out of one's mouth.

Another two thumbs up. This tends to be an issue with many liberals.

The "risk" of contracting the virus is very low for most people outside of nurses/doctors/etc... By very low, I mean a fraction of a percent.

Yup, so you are indeed more at risk because you have an underlying lung condition.

Wearing a mask will not protect you nor your family from this virus.

    Virtue signaling.

Any details on the two who died and the one who got "very sick"? Were they elderly? Did they have underlying conditions, especially lung conditions? What about the other four? Must not have been that bad for them, eh?

I know of two people who had this virus. A nurse (a cousin of mine) and her husband. They are young and healthy as far as I know (early 30s). They had no issues with it.

6 feet does not stop a virus. Plexiglass shields do not stop a virus. Sanitizing only works for a particular point in time. Masks and gloves do not stop a virus.

Immune systems stop a virus. UV light stops a virus.

No, he's actually rather intelligent. He is likely aware of the immunology and virology that you are rejecting.
