If everybody knew it, they would've been able to prove said case.(and John Bolton failed to prove it in his book.). It was and remains an accusation without proof, that the House of Representatives impeached on. Let me reiterate that, the HOR didn't have proof of an alleged act, the act itself wasn't even alleged. Even the main people on the CALL, who 'thought it was insane', none of them could testify that such a directive came from POTUS Trump, or VP Pence or anybody.

They literally held a supposition and later on through the "whistleblower", their supposition became the impetus of the impeachment affair. Just like with the Bay of Pigs, the NSC once again jeopardized this nation. They gave Kennedy bad advice, and in this instance they betrayed the government and released classified information.

There's a reason most Presidents, not even Obama trusted the NSC. It's basically our black ops. Even worse than the CIA. Get rid of the NSC, and no executive branch will ever have to deal with their backstabbing again.

The GOP deserves a beat down for this screw up, plain and simple.
